Friends, we would covet your prayers right now. Getting home has been so sweet, but being sick and oh so tired and jet-lagged has made our little family's homecoming difficult to enjoy.
Quint has been to the doctor and has been diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, a staph infection, and double ear infections with perforated ear drums in both ears. Our sweet happy boy is having a rough time and has been prescribed several medications as well as breathing treatments every four hours.
As is his usual demeanor, he is a sweet and happy baby. But his sickness has taken it's toll and he is showing signs of severe jet-lag.
We are blessed to know him and love him, and he is a sparkle of light in our lives. Despite his sickness, he still manages to make us laugh and is such a smiley guy. We've nicknamed him "Mr. Giggles".
Pray that he would recover fully and that we would get the rest and recovery that we need to take care of him. This has been one of the hardest weeks that either of us can remember and we're just spent out.

Wow, it is really difficult when they are so sick, but so much more when you are already exhausted.
And he really has some tough illnesses - his poor ears.
I'm sorry it's so tough right now, I'll be praying for health and rest and refreshment.
His prayers have already been answered a loving family to love and feed him and get him exactly what he needs, to get well.
His healing has already begun from the inside out.

We also came home with a very sick baby and I know just how exhausted you all must be. Take it slow and give yourselves plenty of time to recover.

You are doing a great job as parents. This is certainly a hard initiation but nothing that God cannot help you through. I will pray for your baby and you both. It was frightening seeing the picture and no smiling faces as usual. Praise the LORD for his kindness.

Oh My Gosh. I am praying and praying and praying for your little angel. He is so adorable and wonderful. The picture of him with the breathing treatment is so precious. I hope an pray that he feeling better shortly. You are both wonderful parents and you will help him through this sickness.

Bless his little heart! I'm so sorry sweet baby Quint is feeling so bad. I pray that his medications will kick in quickly, that he is well soon, and that all three of you can get some much-needed rest.

Poor sweet Quint. Prayed for his health and yours!! Hope this passes quickly, and so glad to hear he's still giggling.
YOUR LITTLE MAN WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS. YOU CAN SEE EVEN JUST IN PICTURES WHAT AN AMAZING LITTLE BOY HE IS-- WHAT A FIGHTER!!! HE WILL FULLY RECOVER AND WILL BE BACK TO HIS OLD SELF IN NO TIME. YOU WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS!!
