To the tune of "If You're Happy and You Know it" only not so much with the happy

(Reader- you must attempt to sing the song while you read...or it will not have nearly the comic value...capish?)

** If you went to the local waterpark with your family and friends to escape the heat and cool off by playing in the sun and water all day.....clap your hands

(clap clap)

** If you, at three different times, applied three different thick layers of sunscreen to your entire body minus the girl parts to protect what yer mama gave you....clap your hands...

(clap clap)

** If you did all of this and then sheepishly warned everyone you were with that we were still all looking a little too "lobster-ish"

** Then your chest legs back arms ears face will show it

** If you did all this and couldn't stand the feel of any and I mean any (did I say any?) fabric touching your flesh so you thought somehow it would be vindicating to completely humiliate yourself online by showing just how dumb humans can really be to wade in water in summer...

...clap your hands.

I would, but they're burnt. Will you settle for an eye blink?

whaaaat the FRIG!!!! Girl, do you even realize just how WHITE you are.

Get a piece of paper out and that will begin to explain to you that you are WHITE to the bone.

This is why my advice it to not adventure outside except enter an air condtioned car and exit said car to go into an air conditioned mall.

To be honest I would have been right there next to you, cookin and steamin in the Texas Heat. The only sunscreen strong enought to protect our porcelain skin is called POLYESTER.

I wish you a quick recovery.

Love V

Sweetie, right there with you!!!!! And the worst part? I look like a freakin' raccoon. My face is so sunburned...but not where my sunglasses were. Ridiculous!

But it was so worth it, wasn't it?

Love you!

You kept reapplying the sunscreen? And you were still burned this badly? Girl, you need to invest in some long sleeved shirts and big floppy hats.

Also, may I suggest a little something called Dermoplast? Spray it all over. It will make your skin feel bettah.

Now go get in a tub full of ice water.

Presciption:
Drink water,
Apply Aloe,
Eat ice cream.
This is the only cure!

OMG..I hate to say this but I laughed when I saw this picture..damn girl you were white. Now you are a Red!!! I found this sunscreen from the UK that has Mexoryl in it and it is WONDERFUL. I saw a thing on 20/20 on it. I did find a moisurizer at TJ Maxx that has it in. You do not burn at all. It is WONDERFUL and not been approved in the US yet. I had a friend living in England so she would get it for me:)
Hope you are feeling better.
